Did by any chance Onirele challenge you to war? In January before "cerex" got deleted I got a lot of requests from Onirele to go to war.

Onirele is (or at least was, haven't seen him lately) nothing but a crazy bothan. He wanted to start some "bothan empire" guild, and declare war with RID. He threatened RID and Fort Oasis constantly, but it was nothing but comic relief, or an annoyance to us. I do believe he wanted war with us at some point, but that was pretty hard to do seeing how he never managed to found a guild (or either that he did form a guild, but it either fell apart, or was very weak).

I forgot the whole story behind him, but he always switched between wanting to ally with RID, and wanting to war RID. I haven't seen him recently, so I mostly forgot about him.
