Rebel guilds?

Who are the "top" Rebel guilds (really no such thing) on Starsider atm? So far I know of MEK, REV... NerfD... and a new one named Free Peoples Alliance. Oh... and also, CATS are back. I may want to guild war them when we get the chance, but in the meantime, can any of you list all the Rebel guilds you know of, big/small. If possible, list their size, strength, what they specialize in, and who leads them/what city they are in.

Before we go guild warring anyone, we'll need to get our members to 90 and teach them to PvP. Cats may have just reformed, but they're already better (PvP wise) than most other rebel guilds.

Definitely dont plan to guild war anytime soon. If we do guild war, I'd like to win.

Even IMPHL has to put up a fight with CATS (but only because CATS are getting other Rebel guilds to help).

Nah, Cats aren't getting help, IMPHL is down to around 5 active members after their problems.

Just out of curiousity, how is IMPHL doing? Because they seem to be undergoing some internal problems.
