Greetings Starsider,

On the 23rd of November, 2008 (Sunday) at 4:00 PM PST/5:00 PM MST/6:00 PM CST/7:00 PM EST/11:00 PM GMT, a vendor in the Fort Oasis Cantina on Tatooine (near Mos Espa) will be initiated for a lottery, in which players may win up to 100,000,000 credits (100 Million Credits). Below, I will discuss the details of the lottery and how you can earn your winning (should you win any). I will also cover the statistical percentages of making a profit off this lottery.

On my vendor named, "Hel'mut Yovel Lottery" will be 100 backpacks. Each backpack will be filled with ONE cube with a monetary amount written on it (IE: Prize Cube: 1,000,000 Credits). Each backpack will cost 15,000,000 credits. The grand prize, as stated, is 100,000,000 credits, however there is a roughly 1 in 4 chance of at least breaking even (IE: Making 15,000,000 credits, or more). But beware, there is a 1 in 10 chance of getting a ZERO credit cube (that means a 15,000,000 credit loss). To redeem your prize, place the cube back for sale on the vendor you bought it from for the amount that it's worth (IE: If the cube is worth 15,000,000 credits, put the cube for sale at 15,000,000 credits). I will confirm the cubes authenticity, based off of the creator of the cube, and then purchase it. The backpack that contained the cube does not need to be traded back to me.

One final note, this is GAMBLING. You must know and accept that there will always be a level of risk involved. For an added level of transparency to assure you that this lottery is legitimate, I will post the names of the winners once the lottery is finished. To ensure that this is fun for everyone, please do not state your reward in public prior to my announcments.
