Profession Respec Kits (Anti-Decay Kits) now set the player to the appropriate Combat, Crafter or Entertainer Level after a respec.
That one was probably because of me. I've been selling them lol. I figure customer service got tired of people complaining they were reset to level 1 mwuhahaha.
