CALM DOWN, do as I said and send in a ticket to SOE. There is nothing we can do as players, but give you advice as to where to go. You have to turn in a ticket to SOE in order for anything to happen. Tell them every thing you have told us.

Ive sent in a ticket and am waiting for a reply. Would they usually recreate the characters or should i start a new toon?

I would wait a while longer. It's possible they'll be able to recover the characters.

They can recover anything deleted, basicly put...the information used on your toons was put in a recycling bin. So all they have to do is go to their version of a recycling bin and restore the toon.
